Added Cold Damage or Faster Attacks for my zombies?

Hey, quick question, I have a free green slot for my zombies and I'm wondering which of these 2 gems would offer the best return.
Any help and/or oppinion is appreciated.
faster attack is better

speed always
Zombiedamage can be quite insane.

as long as you do not go a very dedicated elemental route(hatred + added colddamage + cold penetration, if this is possible at all) its not adviseable to boost ele damage.

For maxed physical damage rather go for something like this:

minion damage, melee damage, faster attacks, melee splash, culling strike

Culling strike might be debateable, but imo its pretty decent for DPS as the 10% HP reduction is equal to "+11,11% more damage" and also does it give +10% IAS when at 20% quality. Compared to multistrike, which is clunky on minions it also costs a lot less mana.

I thought about making an elemental summoner build, but I doubt this is compareable with the physical damage. Physical damage on minions scale much better and so does the damage type, but its interesting.

But does anybody have experience using something like this?

I'm already using Culling Strike.
I have 5 skill slots available on the item, 3 blue, 2 green.

So the setup is: Summon Zombies - Item Rarity - Minion Damage - Culling Strike - Faster Attacks.
My only real doubt was regarding the last green slot, since Cold Damage seems to be quite useful as a damage booster, but Faster Attacks does look like the most viable option, not only it deals with the fact that Zombies have very low atk speed, it also contributes to the chance of them always culling and applying the increased rarity effect, which is the point of culling, since skeletons/spectres/raging spirits would take the kill sometimes.
faster attack is vastly superior, as it is equivalent to a more modifier (dps = damages * attack/s).

If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.

Faster attack is better.

On side note, you might consider using Hatred Aura, if you insist on getting the chill effect on enemies and extra damage by your zombies.
