Why my energy shield stay zero?

I haven't play POE for some time.

When I log in today, I found that I have to reset my passive point on one of my characters.

Then, I found her energy shield stay 0.

However, my other characters' energy shield is normal.

Can someone tell me why?

I restarted the game, but it stays the same.

Why? Should I report it to the game manager?

Eldritch Battery or you just don't have any energy shield.
