Spectate mode for pvp and tourney shoutcasting

I really want to see a spectate feature. Without it, it would almost be impossible to do any kind of effective announcer and analyze whats going on. This would be ideal for streaming and would possibly allow the community to do tourneys of their own, quite a bit more effectively. Not everyone has the energy to make a pvp char but I know they would enjoy watching the people pouring their dedication into making insane builds.

The current spectate as an extra person roaming the arena to shout cast is not viable. I have a couple ideas of how to make it work but it would take wayyyyy too much memory, too much time, and quite a bit of video editing skill and knowledge.

a good idea for joining spectate would be a separate team anyone can join at the beginning of a match and has 1 or 2 slots until filled. It would not mess with the current UI interface or pvp queues too much. Although it would require the queues to allow 2 extra people into each queue size.

streaming pvp more effectively with a spectate mode will allow for shout casting and possibly a good way to grow the community. Without a spectate mode we have no way to effectively change perspectives and capture the entire fight. I know how to counter this but it would take entire work days to complete 1 video most likely and thats too much time.

To spectate 1v1's you can make two additional chars join, and have a team-fight, the two adds then suicide with quill rain+blood magic/blood magic+aura and blood rage, and the round starts when both are dead. They can then record. True ghetto style. Good idea anyway, +1, it's just I don't see it happening in the near future :)

I have already thought of this but the amount of video editing and sending info back and forth and storing the fraps material would be rough to get it into a single video. Seriously it would be a nightmare.

spectate is not a luxury feature, with tourneys its basically required.

spectate mode can be great. no matter in game or streaming from a website
