WTB Rare Citrine Amulet Craft Project

This is a shot in the dark but why not.. I'm looking for a Citrine Amulet with at least three mods. All mods on the Amulet have to follow the guideline of the list I have set. The reason being I am hoping to find an amulet with three or four of the mods I need and craft it the rest of the way to all 6. The set of mods I am searching for is as follows:

70+ Life
60+ Mana / 38+ ES / 8%+ Increased Max ES (EB build so it's interchangeable)
23%+ Spell Damage
60%+ Mana Regeneration Rate
42%+ Cold Resistance
30%+ Fire Resistance

If you have a rare Citrine Amulet that is capable of being crafted into those specific mods, please let me know! Thank you!
