ES regen = 4% from and 6% from passive
+20% leech = 30% es / sec = 5166 es regen per second

when not leeching still have 1.6k es regen/sec

6 endurance charges (I currently have 4)
close to 10k armour with flask
= 70% phys reduction
68% block with rumi's

This build is all about balancing es and damage(leech).

Without Vaal pact, and with ghost reaver passive, you can leech up to

20% of your max es per second

you need to try to balance your damage output * life leech and your max ES

the formula is

Phys Dps * life leech = 20% * Max ES

that's why i think the Ebony weapon effect on claw

and lori's lantern on offhand which creates light on shield

is extra cool with this build, it has deeper meanings :P

Also, if you have spare regrets, or dont want to grab warrior's blood

I took only damage nodes until i was lv 45 and took CI and other es nodes
so I saved some regrets. But there's a lot of hp nodes along the way
grab them before you go into CI if you're in hc and dont want to save those regrets
but this part is basically like any other ci build

Pros:
1. Very Very Very Tanky, probably the most tanky build there is.
2. Can do any map mods except blood magic
3. Extremely high mistake tolerance.
4. Not afraid of reflection at all (your damage will not be high enough to kill you anyway! lol!)
5. No stun No freeze
6. A lot of all res comes with +% es +%ev + all res or +%es +% ar + all res (40%)
,so very easy to cap res

Cons:
1.Damage wise, not so good (moderate damage)
3.There are no more cons

Before you have unwavering stance, you might get killed in a stun lock.
Pop granite whenever you think you're in a stun lock situation.
Also it's suggested to have an eye of chayula before you get unwavering stance to handle some bosses.
Getting block and stun recovery from gears and flasks will also reduce the risks.
Freeze will likely kill you too before you have auxium. roll dispel frozen on mana flasks
to avoid freeze to death.

you also will need auxium to avoid freeze

I currently use rainbowstride boots, but will try to find something with higher ES once i have the $.

So for boots, helmet, body armor, shield, gloves , you want to find TOP es + 2 RES + INT.

For your left ring you want to find INT + ES + some res, attck speed or flat phys etc.

Also you might want atk speed on gloves.

Res is very easy to cap since there's a lot of res with es nodes in my passive

Simple, roll dispel freeze on your manna flasks, all of them.
Before I got auxium, my flask setup was 2* granite with + 90% armour,
3 mana flasks with 2 dispel freeze 1 dispel shock (or 1 shock 1 freeze and another granite with curse immune)

3L, increased duration + 2* vaal dicipline
4L cwdt= cwdt + enfeeble + enduring cry + blood rage (i use it for laziness, can be something else)
6L = power charge on crit + increased crit dmg + melee phys + full life phys + multistrike + flicker or double strike
(with flicker i use splash instead of full life phys to clear map and put double strike on 4L)

but this setup can also be reave

I often get this question, why claw?
Claw as 12% life leech in passive + 3% on implict.
In order to reach 20% max es leech per second, this 15% leech is very important

Unlike most people that just get vaal pact and stack life leech to deal with reflect,
I simply boost max es so the 20% leech / sec is high enough to eventually reach the same effectiveness as vaal pact.
I have 4800 es regen / sec, phys reflect is 15/18 % depends on aura or map mod,
i also have 62% phys reduction + 30% block
which means my leech can support 4800/ 18% / (1-62%) / (1-30%)=
10k damage reflect.
my current phys dmg is around 30k, which means i take 1436 damage / sec from reflect
i have 4800 regen+ leech /sec, 1436 is really not a big deal

While block build handles most situation just fine, but they will get one shotted by a big hit
while i survive and leech back in a few seconds.

This build is very end game viable,
I can play lv 78 8 mods maps while chatting with my girlfriend on facetime without dying.
Even - max res, additional boss damage and speed + added fire damage crematorium is doable.
(Without death of course)
There's only one map mod that you definitely have to avoid, that is blood magic.
Also, be careful on double reflect + vulneralbility, this map is unlikely to kill you
but you will have to pop granite all the time. You will probably be able to do double reflect without popping granite.

I have 34% more ES to grab in my passive, gloves can have 150 more es,25 more int, 93 more es and 37 more int on helmet, 82 more es and 50 more int on shield, and 200 more es, 50 more int on boots with no movespeed( i travel with whirling blades anyway)
which is around 525 more es and 162 int, also there can be some more on necklace, ring and auxium.
which will boost my max es to up to 28k and close to 10000 es regen+ leech/ sec with vorici ammy

ES = 17859 before i took some es nodes off to get unwavering stance first(with 40% increased es unique edge)
also with shittier gears than now

This build will run with crappy gears, which i had when i was level 60ish
and had less than 3 exalt worth of gears.
I was running 66~70 maps and was doing fine.
(i had around 4k es with crappy gear)
every time i upgrade my gears and got some more es, the higher level maps became easier and easier for me.

for running lv 75+ maps
first you need a good claw with 250+ pdps, which will probably cost you a few exas
then you'll need a 5L 700es chest, which will cost you around 5~10 exas
for boots i would go for rainbowstride for it is cheap and good
gloves can use maligaro's before you find some decent es gloves.
necklace go for +es +% es + crit multiplier and phys
a 400ish es shield can be bought for only a few exas
if you cant afford shav's ring just yet, buy some ring with decent es, int and some res or damage

for around 30 exas in sc ratio, you can probably get around 8000 es and 20~25k dps

was my 2nd month into this game and wasn't playing heavily.
which means it's achievable within first month of any 4 month leagues
(30exas in sc worth around 6~8exas in a new 4 month league)

at that time, you will do lv 75+ maps just fine, but will still need to have some dispel freeze flasks

then you'll have to find an auxium.
after that, shav's ring, then upgrade es and int on all your gears
from there, every upgrade will be very expensive but also high reward
