Item socket color restriction??

Got a ES shoes with 4 socket. I've spend about 20 chrom on it and all i get is BBBG/BBBB/BBBR, never got more then 2 non-blue socket.
Is there any hidden rule on restricting the socket color on an item base on it's nature? or is it just my luck? OR is it the chance for ES item to have blue socket are just very high, so making 2 or more non-blue very rare? |

It's based on what type of gear it is. Evasion gear is more likely to roll green colors, ES for blue, and Armor for red. Same goes for the hybrid equipments which makes it easier to roll multiple colors compared to pure armor, eva, or ES.
