Port forwarding, TCP and UDP

Hello, quick question and I hope someone knows the answer :).

Having some problems to connect to the game and I wonder which ports that PoE uses and which one of them that are TCP and UCP (or both).

I would like to know this information too so i can set up my QoS for it.

All TCP:
80
8095
12995
20481
and the range 32768 - 61000
How do you set the range? i got a netgear router and it wont let me set the range...

TCP 192.168.1.64:28191 ESTABLISHED PathOfExile.exe

I'm connected on only one port atm...

Unless you are purposely filtering outgoing connections, any default router settings are going to work. There is absolutely no reason to set up port forwarding.

While you are having trouble connecting, run WinMTR and post the report here so we can analyze it.
