Purity of Lightning - INT requirement

Is there particular reason why Purity of Lightning requires much more intelligence than other 2 elemental auras requires strength and dexterity ?

its generally the most valuable and i guess lightning has a slight affinity towards int, cold with dex and fire with str.

same reason wrath has the highest int req.

Thematic thing.

Resistance auras have an Intelligence affinity. Lightning effects have an intelligence affinity.

A resistance aura that protects against lightning has no secondary stat affinity so it has a high Intelligence requirement.

Purity of Fire is str/int because it is a fire (strength affinity) resistance aura (intelligence affinity).

Purity of Ice is dex/int because it is a cold (dexterity affinity) resistance aura.
