The difference between Blessed Orb and Divine Orb?

What it the difference between Blessed Orb and Divine Orb? the reason I want to know this is that is I think I got a fairly bad roll Dexterity = 12 range 10-20, Accuracy Rating = 27 range 25-50, Increased Projectile Speed = 55% range 55%-100%. I was planning on building a build around this weapon so what would be best to go for to increase the stats Blessed or Divine Orb?

Blessed orbs reroll the implicit mods on an item, like the +life of a coral ring. Nothing more.

Divine orbs reroll the values of the mods on a rare item within the range of that mod only. You'll need to look at the list of mods to figure out what mods you have and their possible range.

I'm not sure if divines work on unique items.

Yes divines will work on unique items. the orb that you're looking for in that case op is a divine orb

All of this said...making a build around an item that low level is.....unwise?

Then again it's major gimmick is just hitting half as hard twice as fast. I suppose it makes Life on Hit super cool but then again that's not something you really use with a bow usually so...I'm not sure what build could really be focused on this Unique. It's not exactly Voll's Protector.

Explosive Arrow is the perfect skill for this bow.

This bow is the best in game for an ele dmg archer, whose physical bow damage matters not.
I honestly clicked the title waiting for a punchline.

Not sure.

1, You have ~double attackspeed but elemental damage is also reduced by 50% which equals out. If you consider that normal bows can have 1,55AS + AS mod then quillrain does not look so good.
Or am I wrong assuming that 100 lighting damage get cut down to 50% by the bows passive?

2, physical damage can matter if you use a skill which converts physical damage

The only reason I see for using quillrain is explosive arrow (and for the LuLz ofc)
Main idea for very high attack speeds are to have as much as possible chances to apply effects like critical hits, freeze, shock and/or burn ;)

Ignite (burning) damage is based on initial damage of the hit that applied it. That means hitting smaller/faster isn't better than slower/harder at all when it comes to the burn.

If you're shooting insanely fast and critting every second or more, it's actually worse (in terms of burn damage) than only critting once every 4 seconds for a bigger value.

I suppose it might be a bit beneficial for shock, at least in relation to how not-beneficial it is for Ignite.

Also, it depends on the source of your elemental damage in regards to elemental builds. Hatred, Ice Shot, and otehrs add damage as a percentage of physical damage. That means faster/smaller is no different than slower/harder provided they average out the same. However Anger, Wrath, Elemental hit, etc. all add flat damage to every attack; for those hitting faster is better for sure.

True, I had forgotten explosive arrow. Can never underestimate the value of lulz either...
