I want to give you an Exalted Orb!

Trading in this game seems way harder than it needs to be. I have one single exalted orb, and I really want to give it to you for the right boots.

My kingdom, for these boots.

I am looking for:

One pair of boots, either pure Armor, or Armor/Evasion.

These boots must have the following properties:

20%+ fire resistance
20%+ lightning resistance
+ maximum life
Movement speed (any amount)

Total armor or combined armor and evasion must be 200 or more. Any other stats, like cold resist, chaos resist, item rarity or quantity, is a bonus.

The first person to PM with such a pair, gets my exalt. If a few people hit me up, I'll go with the boots that have the best stats.
