WTB Leveling Upgrades

Looking for leveling upgrades for my new HC Spectral Throw Shadow. Current level is 40 but will buy anything that is between 30-50 that is a decent upgrade. Looking for the usual stats: life, light/fire/cold/chaos res, movement speed, etc.

Just got back into the game so I don't have a lot to spend in HC. A few chaos, alchs, regrets, scouring, fusing, jewelers, chromes, alts, etc. Not willing to spend a lot on something that will be replaced in ~10 levels. I do have plenty of standard currency for items if you would rather take that.
