Dual wielding with two, 2-handed weapons...

Is there a skill in game that will allow this?

If not, I'd love to see it!

This would just become a NEEDED skill and any one handers would be weak in comparison. Would also require everyone to take all the duel wield skills and reduce variety of builds.
Oh god...dem Cyclone builds with dual wield 2h axes...just no.

To be fair, I don't see it being possible for them to do this without throwing in some offsetting gimps that would just end up making it a pointless addition anyway. It would either end up being "raaaawr Krunk smash!!" or "wow...why did we bother coding that?"
Bumping this thread because I for one liked it in D2. I wouldn't insist on it being an innate capability, but rather it being a big node. Trade off, no block and LESS attack speed.

Also idle town animation, with one weapon in the right hand, and the other leaned on the shoulder. Baddassness, ty.

If you didn't have a damage reduction this would probably be too kick ass... 6+6 links links..Therefore on link principal alone. this will not happen.

A keystone with a significant enough downside could make it work without being a nobrainer. maybe something like:

Holy Paragon: You can wield 2H weapons in one hand, but may not leech life and have 15% less attack/cast speed

or

Demigod's Heft: You can wield 2H weapons in one hand, but may not equip body armour or helmets and have 15% less attack/cast speed

I include the attack speed debuff to make taking the skill in an attempt to make the keystone more about build-specific utility rather then raw DPS(for instance, wanting to combine a 2H unqiue's mechanic available nowhere else in the game with DW or a shield) in order to make it more of a build specific decision(rather then a simple matter of: taking this node will make you deal shittons more damage).

Which is a long roundabout way of saying I like the idea in principal.

that one looks like a good drawback, without life leech dual wielding 2h will give a masive dmg buff but they wont be able to fight for long period of times due to pots not being as effective as leech to keep the heath bar up.

I've suggested this keystone multiple times:
Barbarism
You can wield Two-Handed Axes, Swords, and Maces in one hand.
You cannot Cast Spells.

That means: No Auras, no Curses, no trigger gems, no Enduring Cry. You might have three six-links, but without the ability to use spells, you probably won't be able to use all your sockets anyway.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

That would certainly do it as well. My only complaint is it would make for a fairly one dimensional build experience- it takes away most spheres of character specialization, resulting in only a few things left to specialize in, resulting in all builds using it being nearly identical(pure melee attackers who get all their damage strictly from gear and lack much utility).

On the plus side though, it would be a nice buff for blood magic, since blood magic users already basically can't use auras.

I like the barbarism idea.

You would have to put all your utility on different attacks... aka: endurance charge on stun with a decked out stun attack. Maybe even a real use for cast on melee kill, unless the spell limitation gets rid of the ability to use it.
