How exactly does Flesh Offering work

If I spam the skill does it reset the timer, or add onto it? Or is it best to use it on a big pile of dead enemies, or rather the biggest one available.

If you cast flesh offering on a pile of 5 corpses, then cast it on one corpse after. The first effect is replaced by the second one, which then has a shorter duration.

Figured so, and is there any range involved? Or does it buff your minions no matter how far out they are? Good skill imo none the less, speed minions = +1. Haven't tried the bone offering yet and didn't think it'd be that great since I'm not using necro aegis.

I just wish that offerings we giving bonus to the group too...

Is there any range limitation on this? If not, might get ancestral bond to have a totem spamming Desecrate and another spamming Flesh Offering at the entrance of each map.
