How can I report a player for bad conduct?

Sometimes when I try to trade with other players and they do not like my offer, they will swear at me and say horrible things, like "i hope you die" or "go [Removed by Admin]". This often happens through PMs on this forum. But I don't see any built-in feature for reporting players. How can I report a player for bad conduct? I think it ruins the game when people are rude like this. If someone offers you an unfavorable trade all you need to say is "no"

i'm pretty sure they added the report feature to whispers, right click the offending name and you should get a drop down box with a report button, If it's not implemented yet take a screen shot of the offending text and email support with it and an explanation of what happened.
