Missing SKILL Point and can't allocate skill points anywhere...

Hello,
I just got 2 skill points from quest, i am lvl 9.
I can't allocate those 2 points anywhere.
I decided to refund a skill, and I lost one point. I re-added that point to the skill i refunded and now i have only 1 point. NOT 2.
Please help.

PS2. Yep, I know it's beta, everything is possible, please, someone to take this bug and fix it, and..help me :)

What you got from the quest are Respec Points, not skill points.
What you did was to use one of the 2, than allocated it in the exact same place but obviously the respec point got consumed in the process.
Nothing wrong with the game, pay more attention next time.

Maybe I didnt express myself well.
I have 8 respect points(for example) allocated, from Skills Menu(P).
Completed a quest, and got "2 Respec points left" to allocate somewhere on P.
Problems:
1) I CANT allocate ANYWHERE on the skill menu that respect points, NOT CLICKABLE, NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THEM
2) I "Refund a Skill" (From P menu) to one of my last allocated ones, the result:
a) had 3 points
b) re-allocated that point to my last allocated skill(to get back that skill)
c) got only "1 Respec points left"

Conclusion: I lost 1 Respec skill point, and STILL can't ALLOCATE ANY Points ANYWHERE.

So, please, do not tell me to pay more attention, because this is not the case. Because:
1) IF There ARE SOME inner mechanics, which only DEvs and Supports knows, then maybe you should ANNOUNCE it somewhere....not to tell me to "pay more attention" to some hidden mechanics....IF There are any
2) Support are supposed to help solve issues, or at least to escalate them to higher instance for resolving this.

And, I am disappointed as far for now fot this.
(usually my predictions about game arena are 99% accurate, so, if you want to succeed in this area(gaming), you probably should pay more attention to users who report bugs, and who are complaining at least).

Let me try to rephrase this to see if I understand it (because I am not completely sure whether I do, so correct me if I am wrong)

You have say 2 skill points left to spend, that you cannot spend.

If you refund a skill with respec points, you can allocate that skill point, but you cannot allocate the other two (so the number of skill points first jumps to 3, then you allocate one, back to 2, and those 2 cannot be spent)?

That you lost your respec point is not a bug, that is supposed to work this way, even if you just get the same skill again.

If you, however, complain about that you cannot use 2 of your normal skill points, that is a little weird, I never had that problem..

Did you make sure you are trying to spend the points on something that is already connected to the rest of your tree? If so, could you try to include a screen shot of your tree in game to see exactly what points there are, and possibly where you'd want to spend them?

1. I am not part of any support team, I am just a player waiting for a bug to be fixed while taking a look at other bug reports trying to help where I can considering the devs must be busy with other aspects right now.
2. At this point I don't even know anymore if what you have is a geniune issue or just really bad grammar. There are no such thing as "respect" points, I think you understand that. Quests (at least the ones in Acts 1 and 2, which is where you are at level 9) only give 1 skill point/ 2 respec points which are used to gain back a used skill point and reallocate it. You probably can't allocate any points anywhere because all you have are respec points.

If this doesn't help than you might have a bug, but since you've only been registered for 3 days my guess is that the error is on your side.

First you need "Skill Points". Those are different, they're the ones you use to unlock passive skill nodes in the P menu.

Respec Points: Displayed as "# Respec Points Left" [Refund a Skill]
Click the [Refund a Skill] button to spend "Respec Points".
What they do:
Respec Points are spent on top of Skill Points, to remove them from the board and give them back to you.
For example you just spent a Skill Point on a node you realize you don't want. You have 1 Respec Point. Spend it to take the Skill Point off the board as if you never used it in the first place. You'll lose the 1 Respec Point but you'll get back 1 Skill Point to get a different passive skill node with.

You haven't lost anything, not at that level. Character creation is free always, and you never lose character slots. Make a new character with what you've learned, and you'll know what to do this time!
Also before you delete (if you want to) your old character,
put your items in the Stash box so your new character can take them.
