Item transfer between characters

Hello. I have a question, probably a simple one. I've read several FAQs, several threads, used the forum search funtion, but unfotunately I couldn't find the answer. Sorry of it's not in the right section of forums.
Is it possible to transfer stash or inventory items between hardcore and default league characters? I had 2 characters in the hardcore league, one has died and automatically was sent to default league. Items in the inventory character had - remained, stash items also remained in the stash, but only in the hardcore league. I mean, those items in stash, that were put in the hardcore league, are not possible to be used in the default league.
That's the question, is there a possibility somehow to transfer items between default and hardcore league characters?
