how many skill points?

i did act 1 and i got 1-2 skillpoints per quest cant remember...how many skill points per quests u can get in each act?

The passive skill tree tool here on the site indicates 111 skill points: 99 skill points from leveling and 12 from quests. It seems safe to infer from this that you can budget 12 skill points from quests. Content is available up to lvl 75 from maps so planning on 87 skills points doesn't seem unreasonable.

12 skills on 3 acts...and i have got 2 skill points and i am on act 3...what how? i did all quests in the way....so wut?
