Is wielding a bow dualwielding?

I tried to find the answer through searching, but couldn't find a concrete answer. What I found points to that it is, but just want to be sure anyways. Anyone can tell me?

Yes, you have to hold a bow with both hands.

Bows are not dual-wielding, no. They're ranged, bow and projectile. Dual-wielding typically refers to melee weapons and wands.

In short, it's dual-wielding if you have two different items in each hand.

1Hander = Item that takes 1 hand slot
2Hander = Takes both hand slots
Dual wield = 1x 1Hander in each hand

The bow is a 2hander, but you can also wield a quiver at the same time.

2 hander passives do not benefit bows though, remember that.

I see, thanks guys. So what sort of passives apply to bows? I know bow buffs (obviously) and projectile damage. What else? Sorry if this sounds newbish (I am a newb), and is just a bit confused by the system. :P

Mainly because both the two handed and one handed passives typically specify melee from memory.

Bow, projectile and ranged will affect bow. As will any elemental nodes if your bow does elemental damage somehow.

Consider also the skills you'll be using. If your bow skill has AoE, then AoE nodes will affect it too.

If it has a duration, say with Poison Arrow, then I'm fairly sure increased duration will affect that too.

It's a 2-handed weapon. Though all 2hand-nodes in the passive skill tree only works for melee weapons, since they all specifically say 'Two Handed Melee Weapons'.
