Warlord's Mark doesn't work with Cast When Damage Taken. Intentional or bug?

Just as the title says. I noticed tonight that Warlord's Mark doesn't trigger when it's linked to Cast When Damage Taken. Is this a bug?

If it really doesn't work then it's a bug. Are you absolutely sure everything is in order? Some slots only appear to be linked on some items and you might have higher level requirement on WM gem.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

I´m quite sure it works, i think i have seen people discussing it here on the forum.
And it works with the Cast when stunned gem, this i have tried. |
