new to the game and forums just saying wt up. any tips or sugestions would be awesome heard gerat things about this game.

Welcome! What worked for me was to play a character without worrying about looking up an efficient build and just playing. It helped learned how the games works, and I was better prepared for a long term character.

I'm reluctant to give too much advice, as PoE is definitely a game which can be approached a lotta different ways. I would suggest trying each of the different characters through Act 1, just to get a feel for 'em. By that point, you'll have learned most of what you'll need to know about the game to start playing higher-level content.

Or, just grab a character and run with it.

Whatever you do, dun get discouraged. Wraeclast can be a tough place, and PoE reflects that. Plenty of folks who can offer advice and answer questions.

As others have stated, I think it can be detrimental to spend too much time studying before you make your first character. I would just jump right in and play around with things, get a feel for how the game works yourself. Just know that you'll probably end up remaking at some point.

1st build just wing and allow yourself to fail
Research trade values before trading heavily...I'd wait til 2nd build except gems and orbs and low-end stuff
