Life Regen increases when using %armor flask.

I've been messing around with a Righteous Fire build and I noticed a weird interaction. My Life regen with Vitality is 145.1 life per second. I have a life flask that has 20 extra charges and 96% increased armor during the flask effect (Ample Sacred Life Flask of Iron Skin). When I use this flask, my life regen goes up to 275.1 for the duration of the flask. I have no gear or passives that work on Low Life. I tried using a granite flask and the life regen didn't change.
Edit - some additional info: I've noticed this interaction in many zones, so I don't think it is zone dependent. I removed all my auras and the flask still increases my Life regen. The life Regen is always increased by 130 life per second. Edit2 - As Ekalindorskii pointed out, this was just the life regen from the flask... How do you think, the life regen of life flask, where does it go? Simple math 780/6 = 130

Wow. I completely forgot that the flasks restored health via life regen. I am an idiot. Everyone can ignore this thread.
