Archives door clickable before touching the Loose candle

Hi,
Minor bug: Earlier today I was able to enter the Archives through the closed bookcase without opening it first via the Loose candle object. What? No, this is definitely not intended. It's likely the same bug as the double sewers:

Pretty sure that is also intended. It's labeling the door and where it takes you.

This problem does not exist in 1.0.2. This was a pre-patch issue and occurred in other areas of the game.
