It's not likely JINX's fault. For me they declared the value of the items to be $0 so that I wouldn't have to pay an import tax (I live in Canada). It's possible that Swiss customs were suspicious that a package was declared $0 just to avoid customs fees (they would be correct) and want to see some sort of proof.

" So provide them with the paperwork they need. " Exactly. Customs valuation usually requires evidence of the price paid for the goods (e.g. an invoice.) If the goods were a gift or a prize, simply provide evidence of that fact. |

" Same situation in Lithuania. The thing is that the only invoice we can give is proof of purchase, which is 500€+ There is no invoice that says the hoodie is 15, the tshirt is 15, and the book is 15. It's one fixed price of 500€ for everything. |

I don't know how it works with Swiss customs or Jinx in specific, but maybe someone at GGG support can help with anything that shows the estimated amount of clothing?
I can't remember what my package said in terms of $ value when I got my T-shirt and hoodie because it was delivered straight to my house without any customs issues. Either way, general forum isn't the place where you'll get actual support. Try the Customer Service forum or emailing support@grindinggear.com |

just send the screenshot that the goods are part of the supporter pack and are a bonus (hence free). i highly doubt they going to care this much about 3 items, but then its swiss... so
