How to change bandit rewards

I've read in the new patch notes that there's a vendor recipe for changing your bandit rewards... I'd like to do that to take advantage of the extra endurance charge (rather than a skill point). Anybody know what's up?

well you can change 20 regret+amber amulet into Oak's book from any vendors
though I dont know how this book works since I havent tried yet |

i thought i could respec out of helping norm oak but i think i did it wrong and needed the 2 books from the other bandits for the skill point is that how it works?

20 regrets? Yuck. I think I'll just keep leveling a new [god-damn] character. It's pretty irritating that respecing a skill tree isn't all that hard, but respecing the bandits requires some serious clout. Not cool, GGG. Not cool at all. Looks like my lvl 69 marauder w/ one less endurance charge than he should have just became a full-time gear farmer.

20 regrets will probly be close to 3 exalts at this point and thats far too steep a price.

wait so 20 regrets and a coloured amulet? Is that one respec or all 3 of them? This whole thing is confusing, but I really want to do it.

oh so yeah it's 20 regrets and then for oak it's the amber amulet. It doesn't say what the other books are. So if you killed oak and you want his thing you would need Oak's Favour. If you want to refund the skill point you need to have a unspent skill-point. I can't seem to find what the other recipes are though.
