Concern

I am starting to get a little worried as PvP gets more refined.

Please for the love of god, don't make changes that have an effect on global skills. There was already a change for TC because it was too OP in PvP.

I don't know how this would work, but I hope that changes and balance made for PvP doesn't change the way skills are in PvE.
