Path to Imperial Gardens blocked

Had a game today with no access to the imperial gardens, the path was blocked. here's a screenshot with bug report number

Fixed a bug where the Gardens would occasionally spawn with the path to the Sceptre of God blocked.
The problem is still occurring.  „I don't give a fuck if it was his tenth anniversary with his goddamn neckbeard...“

Same problem. Stuck in the barracks because the path is still blocked.
