Stuck in normal after killing dominus

So I killed him, got the quest and talked to the person which made me go into the credits.
In the credits, I disconnected. When I reconnected, I had the quest complete but I couldn't go to cruel.
I tried killing him again but it still didn't work.
Any ideas?

Same problem here, i kill whit a friend, my friend is in cruel and i stuck in normal.

Same thing just happened to me, dc'ed when the queen stopped talking, didn't get to cruel.

I still need help with this, farming normal is boring.
Could some one who works at GGG at least look into this? I feel like I'm getting no customer support whatsoever and that's a bad sign
I feel like a bug that prevents you from getting further in the game should be top priority (after major exploits obviously).

Alright, well without the help of GGG, I found a way to fix it. (not sure if you need to do all those steps but that's what I did)
You need to talk to the woman again at the summit and read all of her text (don't press continue) then go down the stairs and back up then go in a tp and you'll wind up in the twilight strands in cruel.

I'm stuck too except I didn't disconnect. I watched a large chunk of the credits for quite some time. Then I exited out of there, and clicked on the portal that said "cruel" and I arrived back at Normal Sarn with no option for cruel.

I just killed Dominus all over again, it solved my issue with getting into cruel.

I've only been able to successfully go on to cruel once. As soon as I click on the portal I disconnect back to the login screen.
