I have no clue how rare the portal gem is, but got it today. Is it rare enough that I can trade it for a soul taker?

I see portal gems in trade chat for 5 to 6 chaos on a regular basis. I don't know how much Soul taker is, but I imagine it is more than 6 chaos.
