How do we find out how high the mods can roll on a Item level 100 item?
I started to craft this and I need an idea if its good or not. |

Well ilvl 100 or 1000000 is the same. Unless more brackets are introduced in the game all those 100 belts can roll just as high as a 78

Only cold resist is high for your ilvl.
