Should I upgrade my maps to magic or rare before I run them.

I managed to get 7 level 60 maps so far and was wondering what is the best way to utilize them.

Does anyone run plain old white maps?

You... could run white maps. I don't see why not. If your character is so terrible you can't deal with two random mods, then you will get okay loot from white maps, relatively speaking. But upgrading them to blue is what most people do. You can make them rare if you want, but I'd recommend doing that only if you've got some chisels lying around. And probably not on a level 60 map.

Just ran Dried Lake with 2 mods. It was pretty easy. I did manage to get Tropical Island and Mud Geyser.

Can I count on just getting more maps on maps runs or will I need to go back and farm regular areas for maps when I run out?
