No Chamber of Sins lvl 2 Waypoint

Playing Anarchy Merc this afternoon and then this happened. On top of the insane amounts of damage i was taking from all the mobs while i had 75/77/77 resists, 3k armor, and 2500 hp, Chamber of Sins threw that at me.

I can confirm this, I ran Chamber of sins yesterday was well.
