Are Anarchy boss drops nerfed?

Now, I've played for 6 months, hundreds of hours..and..I have 2x60 level Anarchy chars..I've never seen such worthless loot from bosses.
We don't even get a single rare most of the time, has GGG changed this in Anarchy, or is it a bug? The Exile drops were fixed and the change was seen straight away, now we always get rares from them, but the bosses.... This sure doesn't look like RNG. Friends have the same experience. "Wealth in a game is measured by the amount of fun, joy and entertainment you can get out of it".

They were stealth nerfed due to multiboxers and botters farming them. Same thing happened to large chests.
