Preliminary rant:
Were they trolling us, were they serious? You tell me. Check it out as i "upgraded" from carnal to regalia. It looks like im wearing a colored paper bag. This is the best armour that's supposed to match witch archetype, the best? Serious?  Final Front: The color of the armour doesnt even match the color of the lips or anything, what is going on?? Witch looks lovely in carnal armor, yeah. She also looks good in conquest chainmail.
I put my regalia on though, yeah you can see it in your third shot she suddenly becomes fat. The regalia 3D model is so ugly. +1 for colored paper bag |

I should have made a witch to go with my crypt armour. Seeing the templars pretty lips and legs just isn't quite the same.

Until they add new art progression for armors, I just don't even look at my character. Since if I do, it just depresses me how bad he looks through 99% of the game.

Have to agree the left picture wins - hands down. I don't like the blue one at all.
