Is it possible for a belt to roll all 3 flask suffixes?

Been searching for about 2 months for a belt with the 3 flask suffixes (+charges gained, +flask duration, -charges consumed). Found a bunch with 2 out of 3, but none with all 3. Also, poe.xyz/poetools show 0 result for a belt with all 3 mods. I'm starting to think it's not possible? Surely one would have dropped by now?

a rare belt can have 3 suffixes, so yeah i would guess it is possible.

10 years later, I am looking for such a belt LMAO. Does anyone know if it's possible to roll one? It feels dumb for them to lock that combination out for no reason lol

It's not. You can check on craftofexile: +charges gained and -charges consumed share the same mod category, so both can't be rolled.
