Gamescreen Does Not Refresh

Bug number: 3791547232

I just downloaded the game to play. The main menu login screen and character creation/selection screen works just fine. Its only when I start the actual game does the screen not clear itself.

I say it does not refresh because once something is displayed on the screen, it remains on the screen. The rain accumulates, the GUI info tabs remain (rain starts to draw over them once they are not moused over anymore).

I took a series of screenshots to demonstrate the fact that some of the items being displayed flash (one of these things being the prior loading screen).

a debug report on this one wont change anything, the problem is 99% likely to be the PC.
processor would be fine, the ram you will have problems with the game going out of memory and crashing unless you use a few tricks and the graphics card from what i can see is integrated and sharing the ram.

And to top it you seem to be using a laptop on a game that pushes newer gfx cards so you are likely over heating.

And from what i can see you graphics driver is years out of date
