Can I get these gloves with Chaos res or better resists / more life / some dex?

Can I get 4L ES gloves similar to these, but with

- some chaos resist
- decent amount of dex
- Increased Item Quantity (or quality)
- better resists (particularly lightning)
- a little more life or mana or ES

in that order of importance.

I don't want to do significantly worse in any of the stats I already have, but I'll pay for any upgrade. If it's not 4L the gloves should be really good. 4L will really enhance my desire to buy them, and if the colors match, I'll be sure to pay.
