Clicking "Options" after pressing ESC unpauses

For the life of me, I can't figure out why we can pause the game by pressing ESC, but then if we click on "Options" it unpauses the game... If we're navigating through "Options" and "Settings" menus, we probably don't want to unpause the game.

If there's some reason for this that I don't understand then cool, lemme know! I have a feeling this might've just been unintentionally overlooked though.

It does seem counterintuitive.

This would probably be a great addition to the Feedback subforum of the PoE 2 area.
