Lightning Penetration Support Gem - REMOVES all of your Lightning Penetration

I noticed that I had no Lightning Penetration on Galvanic and found that it was being removed by the Lightning Penetration Support Gem that I had socketed in it.

Moving the gem to other skills moved the problem to the new skill.

Tested my damage with the gem in and with no gem. I did more damage with no gem.

My base penetration on Galvanic is 61%. SO I'd expect 91 (Or maybe 79%.) Instead - 0%

MAJOR bug.

Easy to reproduce.

I think this came up before, and it wasn't removing the skill's Lightning Penetration, or whatever stat the post I saw before was about.

However, since it was being modified by a support gem, the stat line regarding penetration was moved from its usual section in brown font to the section at the top that's all in blue.
