Stalking Panther Amazon + Iron Reflex - zero benefit

As description says:
Evasion Rating from Equipped Helmet, Gloves and Boots is doubled
Evasion Rating from Equipped Body Armour is halved

And now if u pick Iron Reflex, u get no benfit from Amazon Ascendancy. Shoudnt inpact the value of base Evasion converted to armor as twice as much from Gloves, Helmet and Boots?

No, Stalking Panther doesn't change base evasion, it applies to base evasion when the total evasion is calculating (simultaneously with increases, etc). At that point the conversion is already done.

It would be more intresting if double base value of Evasion of Gloves, Boots, Helmet. But only works like normalne increase
