Warrior HOTG Changes
I understand the changes intended for this skill from cooldown to the glory system and when playing solo it is a tolerable change. However, I can only assume the dev team did not test how this would pan out in a group setting as it is one of the most miserable experiences possible. If you run maps or end content with a friend and are doing any sort of boss if you are not the one to initiate the heavy stun you gain no glory and therefore cannot use your most powerful skill until another full stun rotation, assuming there is one and that you are successful in getting the last hit that time.
Solution: I am not saying you should revert to the cooldown again if that was proving problematic for balance and such but a healthy middle ground would look something like "Enemies heavy stunned in your presence generate glory equal to monster's power" instead of you having to be the one to proc the heavy stun. without some sort of change the warrior using HOTG will essentially be useless and unreliable in a group setting, just my two cents for what it's worth. I never thought of the group thing but yeah, it stinks of limited testing and rushed design.
