That's unacceptable ! Servers Crashes - Rollback - Loot

How is it possible that an empty server crashes...?
Yesterday, I lost the loot from a big gamble chest worth 4 divines in total.
Just a few minutes ago, I lost a big map, a major spot on the map, and all the loot again.

Why does all the loot I collected get rolled back, but the map and the map slot I invested in are still gone?

This makes the game absolutely unplayable. It’s a really weird way to punish players just because your servers or whatever on your end isn´t working properly !!

Why penalize us with a rollback, but still take all our investment ?
In what world does that make any sense?

The most disappointing and nonsensical thing is why do we even get rollbacked?
Why is the loot from the map lost by te rollback, but the info that I used my waystone is still active.

-Waystone doesnt get rolledback <-- WHY ?!

No matter what the reason is — fix it please...
I think that should be on the priority list..
Disconnect or not, we should not lose everything because of a DC.

I dont know what is going ... EU servers are complete trash since league start ... Disconnects/Crashes/Rollbacks ...

Apperently someone is DDOSing EU servers ... DDOS for 3 weeks ???

Surely the company made some profit to hire a guy capable to deal with DDOS (or whatever is causing tis)?

I lost few Simulacrum, after crash- zero portals, drop rollback.

I lost 1 Perfect Jeweller on disconnect/rollback... too much pain xD

Seems like ggg dont care about improving the european servers.....

It has been garbage for a very long time now....even worse after poe2...

Does both games share the same servers, if so...does both games struggle with disconnects in high rate? or only one of the games?

If only poe1 has issues after poe2 shared the servers with poe 1 we can probably assume poe1 eu server issues will never be fixed, not with this game company which they prove again and again and again by not fixing this problem that has been a thing a long time now.

I dont believe in this company anymore, making a online only game and having these bad servers just flat out simply says it all....Yes its ok that servers have issues once in awhile ( league starts ) but not like this like, it has been a long time now

predictable ggg you as a game company has giving the middle finger to your customers for a freaking long time now when it comes to the quality of your servers....looks like you are never gonna fix it, ggg you have fallen poe1 deserves more than what you are doing ( oh and by the way poe2 will probably never be as good as poe1 and if you are sacrifising poe1 for poe2 = facepalm )

A good game company would never let this server issue stay this long imo

Let poe2 get its own server, i just bet this is the elephant in the room...

You know ggg I and probably most poe1 players are sick of playing a worse game because of another game..sick of paying the price (enjoyment) which should 100% be only on your part in every aspect...we are not your batteries (matrix) do you understand that, do whats right treat poe1 and the playerbase with more respect and love poe1 more, if you dont love poe1 sell it to someone that does because this cannot continue more now, enough is enough the servers have been bad soooooooo long now...

When poe was a new game, I dont think I have seen any game company get as much help from the community as you did get...Players bought tons of stash space, and happily payed full game priced mtx( extreme overpriced mtx) just to support you ggg...The trade was created by the community until you implemented it yourself...other useful stuff also came for free for you guys that the community created to massively improve your game and helping you become succesful...Now look at you you had no problem receiving/taking and your game now has the worst server its taking all the fun away...what i am trying to get at is, if its economy that is the issue about the servers, pay with your own money in the same spirit that the early poe fanbase did for your game...They did it and it was not even their company...Again you have fallen ggg...its your game isnt it ???????!!!!!!!

I am terribly disappointed by game server performance recently, but especially today. I play Phrecia Ruthless, which is extremely difficult on its own. I was just one level away from reaching my goal of 80 levels and unlocking the cosmetic armor set. And i had only this one day today, to finish the job.

Now the game server crashes and DCs are left completely unhandled. Your negligence GGG ruins this game for all of us. You know very well how hard ruthless mode is, and that it takes a ton of time to level up after some point.

Same problem here, I know that it must be serious and i have full fate in GGG, but it get's really annoying :(
i love POE and i just want to enjoy my short evenings with it, pleeeeease GGG heeeeelp :(

I would like to add my dislike here to all of the crashes, freezes, etc. Crash of Exile. Totally unacceptable....

Perhaps it can help, if you change the gateway. It worked for me, and I completed my goal of lvl 80 :) Changed the gateway from Frankfurt to Amsterdam.

I had more DCs leveling a new witch between mud flats and brutus than in the last 5 years combined.

It's really sad to see how neglected poe servers have become:(
