What is worth it in Atlas tree?

I like killing Rogue Exiles, using Raxx End Game Lich build these have been crazy easy. So my first Nexus were used to hit the Rogue Nodes.

I have heard recently Quantity seems to be better in increasing chances of getting good drops rather than Rarity. Any truth to this?

What do you all focus on in the Atlas tree?

Rarity for drops?
Pack size to increase exp and more chance of items to drop?
Waypoint? (Im already stocked up with 12 t15 maps so probably will kind of skip these unless they happen to be along the way to something else)
Precursor?
Rogues for funsies or target specific item types (I think the top nodes let you choose what kind of uniques they drop?)
+explicit modifiers to help juice maps?

I watched this video this morning, and it suggests pack size and number of monsters, i.e greater volume of monsters to kill gives the best results.
