Selling Omen of Whittlings for 3 Div each makes me think I'm missing something

Since Divines never drop for me, but these things always seem to pop up on my Rituals, this is how I've been farming for currency.

Can someone explain to my cave man brain how the rich people who buy these off me makes their profit? From what I understand, the Bezos/Musks of POE2 can slam 20 Divs in their crafts in the span of 10 seconds. It literally takes me 1-1.5 hours to farm enough crap to get just 1 Divine. I honestly can't imagine wasting a single one on a gamble.

Can someone link me to a video to see how these Whittlings are used?

Do YouTube search for Belton. He is one of the major Mirror Crafter's (i.e. crafting perfect items that can then be Mirrored)

all my currency for my gear comes from omens as there is nothing dropping in maps,

just spamming rituals,

this is the super excited endgame content as every pinnacle boss drops are nerfed into oblivion..

also crafting, i got lucky to get +4 minions on a Sceptre, the omen of whittling option removes a useful mod from it if i do it, and the recombination bank puts out a solid 3% to upgrade it further... no thanks
