Huge Disappointment - Not Enjoyable

Please for the sake of the community bring back the proper balance in Dawn of the Hunt season.

I just completed my first tier 1 map and couldn't believe how many times i died even being maxed resistance proof. Now we have an issue with interrupts and mob attack speed.

This is not enjoyable if anything it feels like it was intentionally done to cheese off players. If you don't think that then that means you didn't test the game properly before season release.

Mobs Ultra buffed.

Players Ultra nerfed.

I love the game, I do accept that we need to make a better game of it but when i played my first map i was like "wtf is this". Was this tested and released.

I'm playing as a Warrior.

C'mon GGG your better than this.

This has to be a lie because I've been doing tier 9 maps with 40% fire+lightning and almost 0 in cold and chaos.

This. These guys keep making claims that they are capped res and decent ehp etc and getting 1 shot non stop. Meanwhile I have literally never been 1 shot in maps below t5, and was rocking 1500 hp and uncapped res half the time
any proofs? videos? build? no? ok. skill issue then, sorry.

why im not dying even when surrounded and stunned?
in fact game is too easy(or too balanced to low defense),
there are no reasons to get better gear until like mid maps,
which is vary bad for Get-Gear-Games
i finished the campaign with lvl 11 chest... thats dumb!

game need more pressure on player and more ways/incentive to resolve it

OP if you're really struggling in T1 maps this badly, share your build so we can help. There's a lot more to survivability than just having max resistances, and a problem as severe as yours should be easy to spot.
there are some crazy mods like +50% speed + double damage mods. such tablets just a waste of time. The fact that u get risk and nothing more is dumb. Like a map with one rarity mod > 6 mods dangerous mods.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I do need some support. I never had issues before Dawn of the Hunt season but far out this season has surprised me to say the least.

I basically use leap a lot to jump into packs to trigger stun debuffs on them to break em with one shotting them. Killing isn't the issue. It's the interrupts and the fast fast fast moving packs that swarm me where I can't even trigger 1 attack after they approach me.

Yeah sure I might need to add more stun threshold for defense on me. Don't know that is why I am asking. It truly is way more different compared to pre Dawn event. Killing the campaign wasn't difficult at all. I performed better on them but this time around in maps it's a surprise.

I'm not an expert in Warrior builds, but your Defenses do seem extremely low.

Here's a weighted search I created for you with very basic stats:

You should be able to use this as a starting point for a lot of easy upgrades. It's looking for items available for a maximum of 2 exalts and weighting based on Armour, Life, and Strength.

If you click on the "Sum" field under the items it will sort so the highest values are at the top.

For example, this body armor is up for 1 exalt:


Get that for 1 exalt, boost its quality to 20%, and add two sockets for Iron Runes.

How are that extremely low, what would a warrior end the campaign with ? 5k life 90% res and 250 000 armour ?

Defenses are useless if you do Zdps, that's his problem.
