Amazon's Infuse Weapon does not work for cold infusion with power charges

Hello, just reached ascendancy and was playing with the infuse weapon ability for the Amazon, I weapon swapped to quarterstaffs to generate power charges from the monk's ability set (namely "Killing Palm" and "Siphoning Strike").

When I cast projectile skills with the power charges, the cold infusion does not apply, I dont get the buff. When I have both frenzy and power charges at the same, the frenzy charge gets converted to lightning infusion properly but the power charges are not consumed for cold infusion still.
