Offline Mode or Predictive Network setting

I really like POE2, I did everything in the first release but unfortunately I am having latency issues that I cannot solve now. I've tried multiple internet connections and devices. I assumed it was POE2 or servers because I play other games like Hell divers and have no problems. So I gave LE a go and was immediately hit with the same latency issue. I don't play ARPGs normally so it surprises me how internet heavy they seem to be. However there is an option in LE to play offline and playing without even the possibility of Latency issues is a breath of fresh air.

I miss the complexity, controls, style and general feel of POE2 but playing this game with latency issues has been kinda torturous. If offline mode or the Predictive Network setting that seems to work in POE1 was an option in POE2 that would be a game changer for me personally.
