Unable to target boss in Unique map Phaaryl Megalith

First 2 bosses were OK
After this one spawned, I can't attack him and hence compelete the map He doesn't move and can't be targeted. Just casting 1 spell and thats it.. Another critical bug of this map is that if you have killed the boss it lefts the chest. But if player left the map via portal and back, the chest disappears.
