Failed to connect to instance.

Every character fails to connect to instance.

Changing gateway does not help.

Steam filed validated.

Can create new characters, but then then the start of the game bugs out and stays black. Characters are visible afterwards in character selection but can't start.

Problem started after very small update of today 17.4.2025
