Act 2 Medallion bug

On my huntress, Rahilda, her normal Act 2 Medallion is bugged out and I can't pick one of the bonuses on her. This happened during my initial campaign playthrough, I had picked up both relics before doing Valley of the Titans, and turned them in one after another.

As you can see in this image, both halves of the Medallion are in place but she is unable to choose a bonus.


The Cruel Medallion quest did work fine on Rahilda, and this is the only time any of my characters have had an issue with the Medallion.

I thought maybe I was missing one, but I tested it on a new character and it's pretty obvious when a relic is completely missing as it's a dark void for that half.
