Clarity Gem Not Working With Gemling Ascendancy's "Adaptive Compatibility"

Update: Okay, so I found out it does work, but when I try to switch the gem between different persistent auras, I get a warning message I don't have enough intel that covers every gem in red text. I can override it and socket the gem anyway, but it's still a bug. So it seems to be a visual text bug rather than a game bug that is being triggered by the warning screen.

Original Message: The clarity gem still says I need 25 intelligence to equip it, even though I am using Mercenary>Gemling's Ascendancy with Adaptive Compatibility. It should work with my strength at 129 (my highest attribute stat). The fact I can't equip clarity is clearly a bug.
